Prior to starting Impact Talent, Mr. Pierson served as the Chief Operating Officer of a global technology company in the social helping vertical. This firm was able to help over 120,000 individuals, non-profits, and corporations achieve and exceed their philanthropic and fundraising goals.
Previous to his tenure with the technology firm, Mr. Pierson spent 13 years at Lee & Pierson Associates, a globally reaching Talent Management and Consulting Services firm, which he Co-Founded and was a Managing Partner. While with Lee & Pierson, Mr. Pierson led the firm in the areas of business development, client relationships, revenue management, and client engagement management. Mr. Pierson’s firm was acquired in early 2013 by a European based HRO.
Mr. Pierson started his career with a nationally recognized Staffing firm that was based in Philadelphia. While there, he was promoted 3 times in 4 years and ended as a Senior Director for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice.
He received an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, and a Master’s of Science Degree in Group Process & Group Dynamics from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
